TERMS OF SERVICE
♕ NO AI/NFT. I do not permit you to train on my art or use my artworks for NFT purposes.♕ EXTRA CHARGE. Characters from Hoyoverse and any games with similar character complexity will incur an additional 50% fee on top of the base payment.♕ ARTWORK DEADLINES. Depending on how fast you want me to finish an artwork, it will be like the following: 60% (1 week), 50% (2 weeks), 30% (1 month)♕ ANIMATION DEADLINES. Depending on how fast you want me to finish an animation set, it will be like the following: 50% (1 month), 30% (2 months), 20% (3 months)♕ NO REFUNDS. After Payment is made.♕ RESELL of my characters is NOT ALLOWED. Please ask for my permission before doing so.♕ PAY BEFORE I START. Whether or not they are half-upfront or full payment.♕ I AM A DISABLED ARTIST. Please be courteous and respect my space. I need time to complete the artwork properly, so please request updates only periodically. I sometimes require a considerable amount of time to complete a commission.♕ REVISION is limited to a maximum of 3 times. However, it would not count if it's my mistake (missing a specific part of your character's design) UNLESS the design itself is by me. The extra revisions will cost 5$ each.♕ PLEASE read the "Notes" tab. It's just something that you need to know.
EXTRA
♕ I specialize in MV/PV art of Vocaloid music. I would be more than happy to do this kind of art.♕ I also specialize in character design. Characters in full-rendered full-body are all my creations overall.♕ I can draw a range of characters, from toddlers to older figures. However, please remember that I don't draw incredibly realistic looks or figures.♕ I also create my own backgrounds for MV/PV art. Consider this as a custom (thus the high price)♕ Extra character(s) will cost precisely the same price as the first character you commission for.♕ Commercial art is either: (1) triple the base price or (2) Monthly revenue.♕ NSFW art's price is double the base price.♕ If you plan to not allow me to post my artwork publicly, it would also double the base price as compensation for not being able to promote my art.♕ The only DON'Ts I have are nonfictional art (specifically referencing/referring to real, existing people or tragedies). Otherwise, I can draw everything you want.
PREFERRED PAYMENT
♕ As of now, I am slowly moving to Wise as a payment method because PayPal is ruining my business (terribly high fees). I have the right to decline a commission request if you are paying through PayPal. I would be more likely to accept your request if you're using Wise.♕ For locals (Malaysia), I wouldn't mind Wise or a local bank. But preferably a local bank, as it doesn't charge any fees.

Thanks!♕ If you are commissioning me for NSFW artworks, I would require you to send me your ID (censor or crop the image), and everything else PHYSICALLY. Show your DOB ONLY to have the rights and eligibility to own NSFW commissions from me. I do not tolerate people lying about their age; I will block you.♕ I do art streams on my Discord server. It requires an ID to join, so if you don't mind and are interested, you can message me in Discord (viruszeke)♕ I cannot do armor or mecha designs. But I can design and draw weapons.♕ As long as the artwork you want to commission does not promote hate, racism, bigotry, Queerphobia, or contribute to a harmful narrative about real-life issues, I am willing to accept your commissions. I also do not approve of artwork intended to hurt a specific group or individual.♕ I only create purely fictional artwork.
